Founded April 2022
Welcome! GRID OBX is a real estate investment community based in Orlando, FL—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Eric
Eric’s ultimate goal in life is to constantly improve by challenging himself in every facet of his world, whether it be career-wise, mental, or physical challenges.
Eric aspires to become a better version of himself each day while building a business that brings the best out of himself and the others within it.
Eric spent 6 years in the hospitality space working in data analysis and business development prior to real estate. He is specializing in correlating behavioral metrics to performance metrics, finding which behaviors tie closest to an increase in performance.
About Veronica
Veronica is an award-winning real estate influencer, and keynote speaker, known for her vivacious personality.

I aspire to become a better version of myself each day while building a business that brings the best out of myself and the others within it.”
Veronica has sat on Zillows Advisory Board since 2016. She has been named an Inman Influencer, and in 2017, The Figueroa Team won The Most Innovative Team of the Year by Inman for their bold partnership with the I-Buyer movement and Instant Offers. As a Keynote Speaker, Veronica has shared the stage with many influencers, with one of her highest achievements being her most recent interview with Venus Williams at eXpcon 2021.
Veronicas' true passion is to inspire and help others with directional wisdom and to amplify their communication, connection, and confidence to run a successful real estate business. She mentors with passion, guiding her clients to effectively strengthen and elevate their leadership vision to new heights. She will inspire you to take action and become the leader you were always meant to be!
